Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

As at this moment, we only ship within Malaysia and Singapore.
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 3-5 working days in Malaysia, 5-7 working days to Singapore after posting out. However, shipments may be delay during peak periods.
Q. How do I purchase if I am from Singapore?
You can choose the item you want, fill in your address & check out using Paypal.
Q.When will do postage after payment made?
All items will post out around 7 working days after payment made.
Q. If I would like to purchase preorder item, how long will ship out?
If the item remarks as preorder, we will ship out within 10-14 days for preorder item.

Q. Do you accept COD or Walk in?
We are sorry but we didn't provide COD or Walk in service at the moment.
Q. Item can be exchange if purchase wrong sizing?

Q. How if I received wrong item or defect item?
Contact our customer service to make your return report with photo attached as the proof. However, WW Lingerie will check and comfirm the item before sent out.
